Management
It is the organization and coordination of resources of an organization so as to achieve defined objects. It is normally included as a factor of production in the organization.

In their roles of planning, controlling, organizing, staffing and co-ordination of the actions of employees in the organisation.The main aim is aimed at accomplishing a certain goal. Management roles are therefore involved more in result-oriented and problem-solving of the day-to-day functions that focus on the immediate short-term goals of the organization.
The leadership roles are mainly involved with the long-term goals of the organisation.These roles call for leadership to focus on where the organization is headed and what it is bound to achieve. The roles also challenge the status quo of an organization and are aimed towards developing the capabilities of their employees to enable them to achieve the shared goals. Their roles also place them as figureheads for the organization by representing the vision and mission of the organization to the outside world.
