Organizational Specialists have been studying the topic of leadership for literally hundreds of years. During that time we have understand what leadership is and what it is not.Leadershipis not general concept it is a complex concept. Without leadership any organization cannotwork properly. They mention three types of leadership styles. These are the following:-
i. Autocratic: In this leadership style leader accumulate all the information and solve the problem by his one’s interest. ii. Consultative: In consultative leadership style leader sharesproblem with workers or subordinates to relevant result. Workers just share their ideas, decision are made by the leader himself. iii. Group base: Leaderdiscuss problems and situation with followersas a group and take their ideas and final decision are made by the group. At the end we can conclude by summarizing on that “organizational Productivity must depend on leader’s behavior”. If a leader cannot influence his followers productivity decline andworkers become lazy.
