Sometimes we do not like these events, but that in the end it is the course that will build the future of our country, the future that will be yours and of future generations, therefore, it is a responsibility of us all to not only leave them as bad decisions as we left the generation that preceded us, but to be the change that we want to see it. A responsibility that is proven by leadership, tested with strength, tested with conviction in ideas, tested with active participation within our families, school, workplace and community, so that we can convince people around us that effectively we are improving ahead and not getting the same or worse than

Today, our modern world seems to value leaders more than well-rounded students. And this makes sense- our future CEO’s and entrepreneurs all have to be leaders, in order to inspire growth and innovation in their colleagues or fellow students. I believe that there is nothing more important than being the spark that ignites others’ inspiration, to later guide and motivate them to pursue their passions and common goals. True leadership is the process in which one grows themselves and those around them by acting in a way that maximizes the productivity of a team, and meets the needs of everyone working towards a common goal.…
