Leadership by definition means the action of leading a group of people or an organization. It is a position you take on whether it is given to you or you step up and take it on by yourself without being asked. Leadership to me means you as an individual taking responsibility to make sure that people are doing what’s needed or that things are in order without being told. It is stepping up and saying or doing what needs to be done. For example, on the field during practice you see a section acting up or constantly talking, you respectfully yet forcefully inform them that they are not supposed to act like that during rehearsals.…

Leadership is defined as the ability to lead, guide, and direct others in a situation. In addition, leadership is a lot of responsibility and when a person is a in a leader status, they should be respectful, be responsible, and be able to carry out the actions for their group in a proper manner. Being responsible is also one of the major abilities of a leader because being responsible shows that whether you win or lose you will accept the consequences. For instance, if the ball is tossed and members of the group have to keep it up in the air and not drop it, but suddenly the ball drop then the leader will accept that he/she will accept that they fail the activity and will do better next time instead of shouting and yelling at why the ball was dropped. The last principle in small group communication is creativity.…
