Tyrese Robinson is a teacher and mother of one of these kids, a daughter recently diagnosed with asthma who has been hospitalized on three times. When asked, Robinson told one of our organizers, “Our children are literally packed into a box on these school buses where they are exposed to different kinds of harmful emissions which can trigger asthma, bronchitis and different allergies – or worse. I had to take my daughter off school buses.”
