I am very thankful that I got chance to take this subject which granted me to grow up in a way few other educational skills have. Before starting this subject, I thought I am an IT student, so I do not need to study about this MBA subject. But after looking at subject outline of LB:5205 , I found that this subject defines the relations between individuals, people and some types of organizations, and interpersonal relations between different people in the workplace including groups and teams. This content and teaching standard is hugely relevant in my opinion and enhance my skills towards my goals and achievements. I worked as an assistant engineer in Technical support department in one of the best IT firm in India. In the starting days I was little bit shy to interact with other senior managers and I was kind of reserve person at the work place. But now I realize that I was not active and supportive person at that time, however with the help of this subject and especially communication style topic I can evaluate different ideas and expectations of others and that skills I will apply in future real life. Sometimes you can feel that your opinion or ideas may be differ from other people. The main reason of that is different family background, education and sometimes different religious and culture. But we need to respect their values and culture and try to understand their ideas as well and if you think it can be effective than try to implement that in real life as well. Nowadays I noticed that I am inspired towards my focused goals of life at workplace because I already set my goals in my mind and trying to reach that by doing hard work with positive attitude. On the motivation theory I gave presentation on McDonalds the 2 nd largest food retailer chain the world. I saw some of the facts and videos about the staff how they works on work place and how managers and top level management of the company interact towards their employees and the way they motivated them is very interesting part of …show more content…
It helps me to know the different factors of stress in my life and the impact in the workplace. Also I understand about identify and implement effective stress management strategies. The main reasons of stress in your life are work-life balance, internet addiction, noisy environment, distraction, and multi-tasking and internet addiction. 90% of illness cause due to stress related. All stress is created by the mind. So the ability to overcome stress is also created by mind.
