Opening Statement Written policies provide a means of security within organization. It establishes the regulations that all faculty must adhere to in order to protect important company and client information. The organizational policies should be read by and signed by each employee as a consensus that all regulations will be followed once joining the organization. The two articles that I have chosen are Daniel Black's “Wearing Out Racial Discourse: Tokyo Street Fashion and Race as Style,” and Laura Miller's “Cute Masquerade and the Pimping of Japan.” Both these articles display very similar characteristics that result in a connection with their arguments. Both authors through the articles display that there is an obsession with both of the fashion styles by the Japanese. Policies will usually outline the requirements of what is necessary for staff to be aware of and what to abide by. Great Lakes Garments is currently experiencing a cash flow issue with near-term payments being due. The primary payments due include interest, pension, and taxes payments. The Board of Directors, has come up with a plan to gain the necessary funds for these payments. The reason that schools have policies and procedures in place is to ensure the safety and well-being of any student of the school, any school staff i.e. teachers, teaching assistants, head- teachers etc. and any outside staff such as cleaners and any sort of contractors.
