1. A. We can start with her scheduling, which houses will she tend to in that week? With this she’ll need to factor in and forecast many following elements such as when are the home owners are available, how will the weather be, and will her tools and supplies be ready for the worksite. The tools may be easy, but supplies can be trick. For example, Hazel is contracted to plant a specific type of tree for a customer. She needs to forecast and know when her supplier will have this tree ready for her so that she can plan ahead and be timely with the work order.
B. This is lawn work so she should at the least have the basic lawn tools and transportation equipment such as a rake, hoe, lawnmower, shovel, a vehicle that can load or pull a trailer for the equipment, and other numerous lawn tools like a weedwacker. For inventory, she’ll likely have to periodically make decisions on what seed and plants to buy.
C. She has to schedule the houses she tends to throughout the week. For example, she heads to houses A, D, and F on Mondays and Thursdays, then houses B and C on Fridays. Since her work is outdoors, anything weather related can have an effect on her schedule and the days she can work. Other scenarios may include holidays, unavailable house owners, machine issues,

By cutting the grass more often, the clipping amounts would be smaller and thus make it acceptable to the home owner for her to not collect the clippings. The clippings will act as a good fertilizer for the grass and the increased mowing will consistently keep the lawn neat. Unfortunately, some customers may dislike seeing any number of clippings on their lawn and the increased mowing is time consuming. Another option would be for her to collect and compost the clippings. The clippings can be used as fertilizer, and it would keep the lawns clean from clippings. However, with this she will have to make compost fertilizer which raises costs and the clipping collecting process is time consuming in
