In the play ¨Trifles¨ there was a lot of law breaking, by the women… First of all the two women (Mrs. Peters and Mrs. Hale) should not have even been at the house in the first place. At one point the women tried to cover up the evidence which was a blanket Mrs, Wright had been sewing. They saw that the stitches were all so perfect except for one square, this square was stitched like a three year old had done it. The women never said it but they both realized that Mrs. Wright was not sewing like her usual self because of her actions. When they noticed it Mrs. Hale ripped the stitches out and started to re do them, Mrs. Peters knew it was wrong and didn even attempt to stop her. Mrs. Hale was breaking the law and nobody stopped her. In the end
