The national monument of Lava Beds, is a great place to have a field trip at. The national monument of Lava Beds in located near California. The monument itself has plenty of education within it, equal amount of tourism, and the safety of the park. This is why we should be able to have a field trip at the National Monument of Lava Beds.

First off, the national monument of Lava Beds does not get a lot of tourism in the area. The monument itself, is not well known. According to the passage given it states that," Some consider it California's best kept secret." From this information we can comprehend that plenty of people do not know this national monument. The second paragraph states that," Attracting only 130,000 visitors each year, while Yosemite National Park attracts nearly four million people annually." In the passage given, it states that," Over seven hundred caves have now been discovered." From this we can conclude that the national monument has caves. These caves provided education on many thing such as rocks. The caves do not stretch that far. According to the passage, it states that," The caves have a two mile distance." This information lets know that the caves do not stretch out far. Visiting the Lava Beds, also covers more than one topic study at school. Kids can learn about the history of the monument; they will as well be able to learn the way the Lava Beds have formed and the landscape's formation. According to the third paragraph, it states that," Tourists can explore underground lava tubes that look similar to water slides, they can take guided tours of the park, hike, climb,and learn about the high desert and the natural volcanoes."
