The general argument made by author Laurie Vasquez in her work, Could Human Actually Live on Mars? is quite simply that people have the ability to make it to the moon, they just need the materials, technology, and people to help them achieve that goal. More specifically, Vasquez argues that NASA has the technology to achieve the dream of landing on Mars. They mainly have to learn how to overcome the challenges of going to the red planet.
