It shows how Howie and Laura made friends when they were going to a different camp were Calvin and Tiwanda were at. In the chapters ¨The Bus¨ on page 53, this is when Howie and Laura first meet Calvin and Tiwanda. Then they both started too talk and then Calvin and Tiwanda became friends with Howie and Laura, then in the chapter of ¨The Cabins¨ it tells us how both Howie and Laura are being treated in a positive way in there cabins and how for the first time Laura made friends that were actually kind towards her. For Howie, the boys in the cabin were complimenting him for what he did towards Pedro. Overall both Howie and Laura when they were in there adventures it was a learning experience because of the situation that they have. What this means is how the evidence has supported the claim is by having the friends
