The new systems that were to be used by MSCC should have had input from all managers and when there was no help from the primary member Lassiter should have gone to higher management and explained the situation and what assistance he was receiving. Individuals took out their personal issues with the company instead of doing their job so they decided not to help or provide little assistance to get the system up and running. Based on the reading, talking and interacting with another member of the team were the major issues, disagreement started in the early stages regarding how member were to be trained on the systems, no updates on when or if the system was purchased. Lassiter passed off the project to Kovecki and Hedges because he did not believe he played a part after buying the software. Lassiter should have been provided with the status of the project and he should have made it clear to them when and how he wanted updates and it could have been through emails or meeting every two weeks (Brown, DeHayes, Hoffer, Martin, & Perkins, 2012). …show more content…
Training was only given to two individuals and still, no process was made after two months.
