I am curious to know what transpired at work for LaShonda to lose her job. I am interested in finding out more information about LaShonda’s past employer and the issues she claims arose due to her ethnicity. Being that LaShonda is African American, I am interested to know if she experienced some form of discrimination at work. Due to LaShonda’s racial identity, she may be feeling a sense of hopelessness; believing that she will never work again due to her race. I wonder how this will affect LaShonda financially. I only hope that LaShonda does not let one experience discourage her from attaining another job. LaShonda expresses that she wants to die because she cannot transform the color of her skin. I question whether LaShonda feels unworthy of herself due to her ethnicity. It appears LaShonda has experienced injustice that has caused her such grief as to attempt suicide to deal with the pain. LaShonda was placed on a 5150 W&I hold after overdosing on pills. The 5150 W&I evaluation process is intimidating, as well as being unsuccessful in her mission to commit suicide is could be frustrating to her. I am very concerned for LaShonda; she has been diagnosed with depression, she has lost her job, she is miserable living in her own body, and she has attempted to commit suicide already. I care for LaShonda’s current condition, her future, as well as her continuous journey in this
