The Core VALUES, Integrity, compassion, courage, professionalism, accountability and respect, are an essential part of the lasd, they are what makes the great Men and women who serve our communities extraordinary. In order to serve and protect our communities, an employee of the LASD must possess Integrity, compassion, and courage. We must perform our duties with competence and take responsible for our actions while respecting all that we serve. I will follow these essential values on duty and strive to incorporate these values in my life.
