Las Vegas Project Case Study

I chose to write about something that is currently happening in my life. My wife and I are planning out five-year anniversary part for September 17th 2016. We just got back from our vacation in Las Vegas last week. While we were there we decided it would be fun to renew our vows and plan a part for when we came back. Torrey is the leader of the project. The critical people for Torrey for the planning of the project are my father Tom, her mother Kim and the caterer. Even though the part is also for me, I not a critical piece of the puzzle in terms of having responsibilities to make this project happen. Tom and the caterer have a critical connection since Tom has offered to pay the caterer for their services. Torrey has a critical connection with Kim because Kim will be responsible for baking the desserts. Kim is also responsible for getting Jon and Lori to bake the beans and the mashed potatoes. The connection of Jon and Lori to Torrey is not critical due to the fact that Kim is in charge of making sure that Jon and Lori are successful with their portion. The caterer has a critical connection with the cooks to make sure the food is properly prepared for our event. Her connection it not critical with the driver, however it is established since it is important for the food to arrive to the event. The connection with the cooks and the driver are not critical, although it is established in order to for both parts to be successful. Tom has somewhat a critical connection with the photographer since it is his long time friend that has offered to do the photography. The photographer has an established connection with Torrey to make sure the photos turn out the way Torrey expects them to turn out. I have a somewhat a critical connection with Torrey since she bounces all the ideas and decisions with me before moving forward. I am responsible for coordinating with my sister Keely to make sure she has all the information to show up to the
