"A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals." That was one of the famous quotes from Larry Bird. Larry Bird was born on December 7, 1956, in Baden Springs, Indiana. He attended Indiana State University and was Drafted by the Boston Celtics. He played 13 years in the NBA and went on to be a coach for the Indiana Pacers. I think that Larry Bird was the most admirable leader in NBA history because he had the leadership qualities of being adaptable, prepared, and dependable.
