Computers are great for almost anything; they fulfill every aspect of our lives. We use them to play games, watch movies, send emails, surf the internet, write essays, and troll people for fun when we’ve had a bad day. They are versatile and amazing, but they are all different and I 'm not talking about Macs and PCs. This essay is about desktops, laptops, and special devices that you would not think of as computers in the normal sense; these are called the special class or SC for short. They are categories of computers and other such devices.
Desktops are the epitome of computer; just the name computer invokes a vision of a white monitor with a thick black and a white modem, probably with green characters on the screen. While that might be the case in the 80’s desktops have changed a lot in

The laptop is the best computer for young adults and middle aged people. This is essentially a mobile less powerful desktop. The processing power is lower than that of desktops and they had an extremely lower memory than their immobile counterparts, but they have more versatile abilities within the computer groups. While it cannot operate under the same duress and detail of a desktop computer, a laptop can operate games on a mild level and can run them for a short period of time. Many things that set the laptop apart from the others: it’s mobility, the fact that it burns some of its users, it’s the lead cause of computer neck, eye, wrist, and back strain, the batteries die quickly, but due to the technological advances of the late decade it’s processing power is slowly but surely catching up to the desktop. Plus improvements on the battery and fan compartments are sure to reverse the adverse effects I just listed above.
