Kailua Farmers Market offers a great variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and prepared foods. Customer service is friendly and prices are reasonable. Relaxing music plays there to create a nice atmosphere. It is better to visit the farmers market in the morning while it’s not too hot and the stalls are full of products, because some vegetables are sold out by 11 AM. Kalama Beach Park is a private beach located further from Lankai beach. It is not as crowded as other beaches in the area; therefore, it’s a great place for sunbathing on the warm sand, swimming, kiting and surfing.
