Lane Conrad is a well-rounded individual with a wide range of job experiences and extra circulars. In accordance with our job application, he has many of the work skills that Panera desires. Lane’s proficiency in three different languages would particularly be of great benefit to the company. In 2010, North Liberty was home to over 450 Hispanic citizens, in addition to the nearly 250 Asian citizens. Lane’s college GPA indicates that he is committed to excellence, which is a desirable trait of a potential assistant manager. Despite his abundance of work skill requirements, Lane has no real related work experience, which may make the transition more difficult for the company.
Most of our candidates had work skills required for the job, but Sharon Fuller was one of the few who had related work experience. Not only has she held an assistant management position, but has had experience serving in the restaurant industry. Her experience may enable the franchise to expedite the training process, and allow for a smoother transition to new management. Lacey also appears to be committed to her pursuits based on her previous academic records. While she posses many of the skills the franchise desires, there are a few small concerns. Her resume lacks attention to detail, failing to acknowledge specific accomplishments.
