For our PA 1 assignment, we chose to analyze the business, Landmark Apartment Trust, there expenditure cycle and the accounts payable process. This memo addressed the evaluations that we made of Landmark Apartment Trust and any recommendations that we recognized during the analysis that we believe would help Landmark Apartment Trust!

The purpose of this memo is to provide you with an overall analysis of your transaction processing system. We have taken a look at your expenditure cycle with the start of the scope being when you receive an invoice from a vendor, up to when you mail the check to the vendor.
