Landlady extended ending

Billy started to feel nauseous. “I don’t feel too good, my stomach is killing me.” he explained. He hadn’t felt this dizzy in a while and was concerned. “Oh thats what Christopher and Gregory told me, they turned out just alright.” the landlady said. Billy’s pain had not lightened but hadn’t gotten worse either, he was worried of how his decision to stay at the Bed and Breakfast might turn out the opposite of what was thought to have happened.
Fifteen minutes past and he was slowly “falling asleep” as the landlady said acting worried and confused as most would believe. A middle aged, kind women, poisoning someone? No probably not. The two of them sat awkwardly in front of table holding a tea tray, as billy being the one not

He headed back to the door and didn't even care to knock.
Right as he walked in, the women was standing there staring him right into the eyes and asked “Forget your bags?” in polite voice.
“Ya bout’ that...” Billy answered.
“Come in come in, don’t forget to shut the door behind you, I’ll help you find your bags, they were on the third floor right?”
“Mhm” Billy said slowly
“Oh I almost forgot, follow me, I put them down stairs” The landlady replied.
Billy followed her down the stairs cautious of every step he took. They reached the bottom of the stairs and out of nowhere his pains came back worse than ever. “ooh that doesn't feel good, are you sure that there was nothing wrong with that tea?” Not even answering his question the landlady told Billy his bag and jacket were in the back room so Billy went to gather his items to leave. “After you” she said and Billy entered the room.
