Recycling is a brilliant idea. If you are actually able to reduce the waste in your landfilled by 90% in a five year span, why wouldn't you? If you don't to take action now, what will you do when the city landfill has to shut down? Open another one? That's just despicable and lazy. Not only will recycling help your city, it will help the enviroment in the long run. If we pick up what cities like Phoenix and Arizona are doing, then maybe more places will follow in our footsteps.
