LSP received $2,323,859 as gifts, grants and other contributions. $646,105 were from government grants and $26,885 as federated campaigns. The second source of revenue come from program services, organization generated $107,730 from membership dues, $53,558 from sales/services. Most significant assets of this organization include land, buildings, equipment cost. The reported data show the value of assets is increasing. (Form 990, Part X, 2011-13, p. 11). If we break down the assets reported in Form 990 this FY 2013 the book value of land was $275,700, the value of buildings was $551,709 and equipment book value was $62,975. Comparing this data to previews years, we can see the book value of land stayed the same for FY 2012 and 2011. The book value of buildings in FY 2012 was $575,998, and $235,634 for FY 2011. The value of the building as an asset was high in FY 2012 and went down in 2013, but it has much better value than the value of FY 2011. Equipment book value for FY 2012 was $65,088 and FY 2011 book value of equipment’s was $24,175. (Form 990, D, Part VI,
