Lampuga has created the world’s most advance electric surfboard the world has to offer. This is a tech savvy surfboard that has a carbon fiber body that only weighs 86 pounds. The electric surfboard that Lampuga has made is also the fastest surfboard on the market with top speeds of 34 MPH it is also eco-friendly by using 52-volt lithium-ion battery that provides 20 to 35 minutes of runtime. There is also an anti-grip surface for ease of use, and an automatic kill switch so if someone falls off the board will automatically shut off.
Existing competitors
• PowerSki Jetboard- PowerSki has their own version of a motorized surfboard; although they do not use an electric engine they use a 300 cc water-cooled engine with top speeds of 34 MPH.
• Aquila electric surfboard- Aquila is Spanish based company that is also an emerging competitor in the electric surfboard market with three different models the Mantis, Carver, and the Blade. The Carver when it becomes available to the public will become the fastest board on the market with top speed of 44 MPH.

Lampuga has made there electric surfboard the fastest in the market by a combination of advance carbon fiber body, and an eco-friendly high power motor that can make the Lampuga board travel up to 34 mph. The Lampuga board is about having fun but also doing it in an eco-friendly way since the motor is powered by a 52-volt lithium-ion battery that provides 20 to 35 minutes of runtime and up to 12 miles of range.
