forward with complaints against Lamonea, and an investigation was done on Lamonea, on 5/25/16, called Civil Treatment where an outside investigator had all employees from my department, gather in a room and questioned them about Mr. Lamonea's actions without any upper management or supervisor present. We were questioned on harassment by Lamonea. Every employee present said harassment had been going on for years. SEE EXHIBIT “D” Civil Treatment Email . SEE EXHIBIT “r” Civil Treatment Handout. As a result, multiple management employees were fired, and demoted, but Lamonea remained. Another investigation with the Vice President of the department, Adam Falk occurred on June 29, 2016. After the investigation, which appeared to have ended by September 2016, and after I had given my Supervisor my Fall school schedule, I began to be stalked, at work, home, and school. Mysteriously, four of the vehicles I drove to Charter were found vandalized on a daily basis on Charter property once getting out of work. Hoses were cut, fluids were changed, ball joints were loosed, wheels caved in, and the car needed to be towed. I had to carpool with James Boudreaux on Saturdays. SEE EXHIBIT “Y” Email to James Boudreaux talking about car problems. Every car I drove to work was vandalized, and are still not working to this day, except for my sister’s car, which I was borrowing for the last week and a half of work. My mom told me not to tell anyone which car I was driving, for fear of vandalism occurring to my sister’s car too. I have pictures of these vandalisms. SEE EXHIBIT “F” Photos of Vandalisms.
