Lamar Odom is definitely a walking miracle! After his infamous overdose at a Nevada Love Ranch back in October for taking alcohol, pills and cocaine, Khloe Kardashian's husband is one lucky human being to still be alive today. This tragic incident inspired Odom to help his fellow troubled athletes and decided to become a substance abuse counselor in the NBA.

After surviving an almost fatal overdose, Lamar plans to change his ways and be a better version of himself. The 36-year-old former professional basketball player wants to give back after all the love and support was given to him during his darkest time.

“So many people have shown him so much love over the past months when he was at his worse and he wants to give back,” a source told
