Lakeland Behavioral Health: Case Study

Improved Essays
The organization I’m extremely interested in is Lakeland Behavioral Health, the social media site I looked at was their Facebook page. As far as I can tell, students, parents, employees, employers and similar companies are interacting and communicating within this page.
The types of interaction are mainly about what and how the company works and opinions on it. The majority of post are informational links, current and future events, job opportunities and hiring events. Many of the conversations are how the parents can help the children mentally and people from the company are responding to the parents!
Lakeland gives many informational resources to the followers through links and contact information. There are also post reaching out to children and parents who may need the services provided at Lakeland.

Just on the Facebook page, I’ve seen post about Mental Health Awareness, Community projects, Parental and community Advisory’s, Informational post and stories of successful community programs. I also learned, through the reviews, that many people love this place but several also have negative reviews. Lakeland is also very punctual at updating the site with new and fresh information, which I feel shows how truly devoted and well organized they are!
I believe joining the Lakeland network will benefit me by showing what Lakeland expects from its’ employees. It will also help me reach the people that have the capacity to help me reach my own personal and career goals. I also believe that by joining the network that I can collect information through the links and contacts they list, like a

The main factor of Orangetheory Fitness’s future growth rests in repairing their effort to establish a community using the brand and social media involvement. The first factor that Orangetheory’s Ann Arbor locations need to consider is the target audience for community growth efforts. It seems that the strategy and scope used to reach the social media target audience does not match the desired target audience for both Ann Arbor locations. However, the lack of diversity is stemming from social media content that is ubiquitous among all Orangetheory Fitness social media, not just the Ann Arbor location’s social media. Thus, it seems that this content is corporate created content, and as a result, it appears the target audience of the national brand of Orangetheory Fitness is not aligned with the Ann Arbor target audience.…
