Definition:
The laissez faire leadership style is not supervising and controlling people how are employed. (Jonson 2008)

Definition:
Democratic leaders are leaders who give the authority to people working with them to say their ideas and they give the chance to people to have an opinion of how the opinions are going to be taken. (Chaptman,etal,2014,p.285)

• Democratic leaders make people to respect them and want to work with them as they give them the opportunity to have a role in what is happening in the organisation or in any other area they are working.(Dahlstrom, 2013,p.446)

So if they have a relationships and the amount of productivity they need, they are not afraid to give rewards. Also if they are not satisfied with what they get they would easily give punishments.

• An advantage this leaders would have is to meet all the time new people as their job is make people to follow them and have good connections between them.(money-zine,2015)
• Also this kind of leadership is good at meeting datelines and in the case of health issues it can be very important as emergencies are handled quickly and efficiently.(Paterson,2013,p.36)
• This kind of leadership has the ability to ‘motivate’ their employees according to Word press.com (2014) which always leads to efficient and effective results.

• Transactional leaders tent to see more their profit and don’t usually see the good of the other people as long as they fulfil the needs of the agreement.
