There are many mysterious or unexplained factors in the world. There are ghosts, monsters, “Mind Reading” horses, UFOs and more that people are still trying understand. A horse that can read minds and and spell out the words may see far-fetched. A witch that haunts people down in the woods may strike fear in the hearts of many. Interestingly, all of these strange mysteries occurred in the 1940’s.
In late December of 1924 a horse was born not just any horse. Her name was “Lady Wonder.” Lady would use body languages to talk to the other horses, The owner Clarence and Claudia Fonda would use children's books to teach. her horses education. Edward Staib of the Nebraska was a professional to the horse trainer..Even tho Staib was find it not conclusive he wanted a challenge Clarence and Claudia Fonda The contest between his horses and Lady Wonder. He offered $1,000 for Lady Wonder. The owners said not interested. As the word of Lady’s special powers spread. It amazed people like paranormal investigators and psychologists. Three experts came out to see the amazing Lady Wonder. One was named Dr. J.B. Rhine. Duke University. They all agree to the fact Lady powers were real. Lady solved many cold cases in the 1940-1950. She helped many cops and policemen to find missing children. Many people came to see her and ask questions. One visitor explained that “The fact she knows her ABC’s. I remember when she gave me the answer she looked into my eyes. They looked like human eyes” …show more content…
On November of 1940, a man name Rustin Parr moved into the famous Blair witch house. It was famous because a woman used witchcraft in the house. Before he moved there, he used to be abusive to his children. Parr took a long walks in the woods near his house. He started to come there a lot until she saw a woman standing there. After returning many times to the same spot, he started to hear echos voices in his head. He wouldn't understand the voices as she wasn’t talking in English; she was talking in a strange languages (“Blair”).
After going home from the woods that night, the voices followed him back to his house he would start listening to the voices in his head. . He started sleeping at the cellar of the house for a few weeks. He then couldn’t resist what the voices were telling him to do. She supposedly told him to take children from the town and to kill them in the cellar. Hew murdered all seven children in all. He claimed that he had no choice but do what she said. .He let one boy go (“Blair”).
Another popular mystery from the 1940s centered on UFOs. Many sightings, reportings about this creature and seeing many ufo in the sky. One sighting of a UFO was in Missouri in the spring of 1941. A man named Leo Stringfield who is an
