The Weird Sister’s foretellings aren’t directly about Lady Macbeth, nor does she hear them firsthand. Nevertheless, the discovery of the given prognostications through her husband letter, triggers Lady Macbeth’s own political ambitions. As a woman of her time, she cannot obtain the power to rule herself, so she determines that her goals must be met through her husband. Lady Macbeth doesn’t hesitate when it comes to the thought of murdering the current King, although, it is evident she fears “...[Macbeth’s] nature, it is too full o’th’milk of human kindness to catch the nearest way.” (1, 5, 16-17). Through this proclamation the audience can imply that Lady Macbeth is concerned that her husband will be unable to overcome his guiding moral compass,
