Lady Macbeth is the wife of Macbeth who took the throne after killing his cousin King Duncan. Macbeth and Lady Macbeth we’re a powerful couple in the eyes of some people. Lady Macbeth has been through so much during the planning to kill Duncan. She had very many mood swings, Because of the bloody death they’ve committed. She had post traumatic stress disorder; the symptoms for this disease are the feeling of overwhelming guilt, trouble sleeping, and hallucinations. Lady Macbeth dealt with all 3 of these things in the story. She was terrified of the deaths and the numbers of them committed by Macbeth, trying to scrub blood off of her hands in a weird way made her seem like she was hallucinating.
