He was against Lady Macbeth’s idea of killing King Duncan because he was content with what he was given from the King (Thane of Cawdor)
He was annoyed and put down by Lady Macbeth as she tried to change his mind by challenging his manhood and she manipulates his feelings by asking him if he is afraid to kill Duncan.
At the start of the play he was seen as a mighty and ambitious warrior who was one of the leaders of Duncan’s army. But at the end of the play he was seen as a bloody villain and a tyrant.
Feels guilty after his first kill
