Everyone at the table had puzzled faces besides one and that was Lady Macbeth. Her face looked exposed as if she was caught in the act of a crime. “Oh hahaha, excuse my husband he’s been acting a bit off lately,” the wife said as if it explained this weird incident. All the guests knew she was just trying to cover up what we had just seen and heard. My once grumbling stomach was filled with the four course meal but for some reason the food didn't sit right in my stomach. The whole scene with Macbeth talking to himself didn't seem right to me. For the rest of the night his words stuck in my head. The dinner went on with no more excitement besides when we all broke out in a dance after dessert.
