Lady Macbeth is the one who starts to create chaos, without her the murder would have never been carried out. She manipulates Macbeth into killing the King. Lady Macbeth brings out the darkness in Macbeth. He discovers a side of himself which he cannot back down from, without Lady Macbeth this would have not happened. This darkness creates disorder in Scotland because of the many innocent people Macbeth had killed. He murders his friend Banquo and he also murders Lady Macduff and her children. Not only do they create chaos in Scotland, but they create it within themselves. Macbeth and Lady Macbeth murder sleep. Sleep represents innocence, purity and order.
