Power.A blessing. A curse. A feeling that can change a person in a matter of minutes to days. People can act as if they have power when in reality they really don’t. Many people might agree that even though Macbeth at first wasn’t to sure about killing Duncan that there was a person who changed and cleared his mind to make a decision: Lady Macbeth, King Duncan, and even Macbeth himself. By examining, Lady Macbeth’s conversations between herself and Macbeth it has become clear that she has told Macbeth what to do and how to do it , and she has guilted or persuaded him in manipulative ways to do the things he didn’t want to do.This demonstrates that some people believe that they can dictate and rule over people. Power in itself can bring out the good in people most of the time.

Lady Macbeth and Macbeth have gone back and forth talking about killing Duncan. She keeps trying to persuade him into changing his mind about not killing Duncan by using her manipulative personality.She has since put it upon herself to persuade the uneasy Macbeth into killing Duncan for the crown now knowing that he is next in line. She then delivers her plan of the way Macbeth should carry himself by explaining to him that if he doesn’t act a certain way people could start to speculate his innocence. “Look like th’ innocent flower.
