Many people think that we should throw the first amendment away because of hate speech. All laws should stay the same and protect all speech because the government would have to much power over what we see, the government might imprison many people that have opposing opinion than others,and if all speech were to be banned so would people's beliefs ; therefore all laws need to be kept the same.
