Labour union represents the collective interests of the employers over wages, working hours, benefits, and working conditions. It is an organization formed to protect the rights and interests of its members (Investopedia, 2015). Labour union is an organization formed by the workers for the common interest of its members from their related fields of work. These organizations helped their workers on the issues of wages, working conditions, working hours, and other benefits (The economic times, n.d.).
Labour relation refers to the relationship between the employers and their employees. It is important to determine the relationship between the worker and the management which affects the workplace. To avoid this it is important

The collective agreement is a contract and then they make sure that the contract must be carried out. The contracts can be defined as the legal documents between the person and the employer that finalize about the wages, benefits, and rules of the employment.

1. Unionized workplace offers higher wages to their employees.
2. They have better working conditions at the workplace.
3. Workers get layoff, promotions, vacations and many benefits from the unionized work usually on the basis of seniority.
4. They have contractual relationship with their employees at union workplace.
5. Unionized industries provide Health benefits to employees.
6. People who worked at unionized industries they have job security and they have a chance and freedom to say their points and to share their feelings about what they think about the opportunities.
7. A person can speak up.

These unions exist because the individual workers have less power to influence themselves. By joining other workers they can have more chance of having voice and influence. When the employees have good communication then they can lead the organization in a better way to increase the productivity. These organizations provide various benefits and make the employees more comfortable to achieve their goals in an working environment (Katz, n.d.).
Maintaining good communication, morale plays a very important role in any organization which helps to lead in the productivity and the management relationships. The employees’ communication, morale affected the opportunities that the organization has made for an employee according to the human nature at work (George Root III, n.d.).
