Labor unions were established to give workers collective bargaining with their establishments for improved salaries, operational circumstances, and advantages. (Davoren, 2017) The roles of a labor union can too be allocated into two groups. One role strives for the successful management of the union from inside, which consist of suitable consumption of assets and distribution of information. The other role strives to examine the welfares of employees, represent them when conflicts with establishments arise and make sure that employees be given reasonable compensation for their services. Indirect roles consist of managing investigation and analysis of position variations and improving training programs to prepare employees with the information
