Introduction
In this article, Grosser, Lopez-Kidwell, Labianca and Ellwardt (2012) point out gossip has both sides depending on the intentions. As a fundamental human activity, gossip cannot be eliminated but can be controlled. It is a talk evaluating a third party by two or more persons, which brings negative consequences. Research on organizations in both the United States and Western Europe shows over 90% workers gossip. Everyone gossip regardless of gender. It is a non-specific practice.
