Company Name: La Marquise
Its significance: La Marquise is the French name for duchess; it means a woman holding a high
hereditary rank, or the wife of a widow of a duke. However, we choose this name because of its
connotation to nobility as our non-alcoholic beverages will be made with noble products and will
distinct themselves from the competitors’ products by its superior quality.

Distribution channel is the activities and processes required to move a product from the
producer to the consumer and La Marquise will be distributed through:
- Wholesalers/distributors – They will get the products from La Marquise in large
quantities and will resold them in smaller quantities at a profit to end user.
- Retail / corner stores /supermarkets –They will get the products from wholesalers or
distributors and then sell them to the ultimate end user, the consumers.
- Restaurants/ cafes / bars – They will get the products either from wholesalers or from
