Strengths
The strengths of La Cabana are that they are knowledgeable in Mexican cuisine and have shown that since the business has been in Cleveland for such a long time. The business has been local to Cleveland and has been one of the most popular restaurants in the area for over ten years. This means that customers know they are there and they know that La Cabana has a lot to offer. La Cabana has had the same wait staff for most of their time in Cleveland. Customers know them by name and with the right tools and a push in the right direction we can motivate customers to return to the restaurant.

The main opportunity is that there could be drink specials offered to customers in an advertisement. The company could also offer loyalty rewards cards and discounts to customers. This could create repetitive customers. Also, La Cabana could partner with local businesses and offer discounts on catering services at events. This is publicity at its finest.
Threats
La Cabana is currently facing its largest threat. This is the threat of new entrants. Since Mexico Grille and No Way Jose have been in Cleveland, the business has seen a decline in its customer base. Another threat to La Cabana is that other similar businesses are offering foods at lower prices than La Cabana. These businesses are also offering less of a wait time. These are threats that are hindering business for La Cabana now.
Objective-We aim to increase sales by 10% within the next 6 months.
Issues-There are competitors in Cleveland who have won over customers and those customers may have a hard time switching over to La Cabana.
Since Cleveland is a small town, there are limited advertisement opportunities.
Objective- La Cabana industry plans to attain a 15% share market updating their technology tools to assist with promoting business within the next 12months.
Issues- Other Mexican industries have new updated technology, while La Cabana are still using older versions of
