Here is the LTMP report for the week ending on 4-4-2016. As you can see, the numbers has increase dramatically compare it to last week.
If the store managers have issues pulling up the report for their own store, please see the previous email that I sent out last week with all the steps of how to pull the report.
Please provide me your action plan for each individual stores of how they will complete LTMP or decreases the numbers for couples of weeks. Please address this issue in your conference calls with your store managers. Please let me know what you need from me that I can do to help you with this process. Let work together as a team and make commitment to bring the numbers down.
