There are different techniques and tools that would be sued for scheduling of project and facilitates the firm to develop correct schedules in order to execute activities, duties, tasks and responsibilities. Different tools and techniques in this regards could be used in case of Palm Tree Spa, summarized as under.

The performance evaluation is an important aspect which facilitates the firm to evaluate whether or not there is room for improvement in schedules, adjustments in strategies and other aspects of project under consideration.
There are also different measures that can be used to measure and evaluate the performance and each among them has own benefits and positives. Some important measures for measuring and evaluating performance of Palm Tree Spa’s project of installing MIS with respect to schedules and plans is summarized as under.
Return on Investment: ROI is performance measurement technique which is aimed to estimate how much project or organization would gain from project and whether the project will be viable for firm or not (Darren, 2012).

Project’s Performance Measurement Techniques and Tools:
The performance of project is measured by using different project management tools and techniques. Different techniques and tools used for project performance of Palm Tree Spa are summarized in section below.
1. Tracking Gantt Chart: The Tracking Gantt Chart is project management tool which is used to evaluate performance of project and is aimed to track the activities and schedules made for execution of activities.
2. Setting Baseline: The setting baseline is aimed to set in order to determine the team performance and it usually represents the needs for performance. After going through the process of collecting and sampling data may be resulted into generating the value which might be different from that original performance on project.
3. Earned Value Analysis: The Earned Value Analysis refers to the process of monitoring plan of project and work initiated and completed according to the project plan. In other words, the earned value analysis is aimed to evaluated the project’s actual performance and to compare it with project plan to identify part of activities and work
