Kurt Warner is an inspiring football league player with a not average path to success. Not only is Kurt a humanitarian he became an NFL player at the age of 28. Kurt Warner had what some people would call a rag to riches, not starting at the average age of start NFL players. With grit and the 10,000-hour rule helped him get to where he is now.

he eventually got signed with the Rams. (Biography.com Editors) In 1999, he got to second string quarterback where he then due to Trent Green tearing his ACL was able to be the first string QB to play. That season he led the Rams to the Superbowl where they had won against the Tennessee Titans. After leading the to the super bowl he continues on his journey of being an NFL player, Staying with the Rams until June 1, 2004. He enjoyed playing for the rams but, unfortunately, he started to decline in the seasons playing poorly, due to an injury to his hand. He was with the cardinals and as stated in the documentary NFL Life: Kurt warner, he then knew his purpose was to help bring the Cardinals to the super bowl, he was to help train them and make them a better team. In, the 2007 offseason and 2008 season he made them practice and worked in the rain to get better and push through to get to this goal. He wanted to help make them a better team and as such they got to SuperBowl XLIII, with such close goals they lost the Pittsburg Steelers 27-23. Though even though they lost he didn 't take this as a lost and thought he could learn from this and become a better play and review their skills.
In the 2009 postseason, he announced his retirement even though he still had one week left with his contract with the Cardinals. Kurt Warner decided that he was content with his career and wanted to close this chapter of his life and see what he can move on to Kurt Warner was an amazing football player and even though he didn 't have the cookie cutter path to the NFL he reached his goal and was able to get to the super bowl three times and win two times. He is now a part-time NFL analyzer for the NFL
