Recent speculations have fans, reporters, and investigators questioning the death of rock musician Kurt Cobain. Cobain’s found dead, with shotgun wound to his head on April 8th by an electrician, at the couples Washington lake house. The same day Cobain’s body was found, news was released that the rock legend had committed suicide. With lack of investigation, Cobain’s body was cremated 6 days after his body was found. The last four lines that misdirects the death being a suicide, were not written by Kurt Cobain himself, “Carole Chaski, a forensic linguist, also points out a chilling inconsistency: The top portion of the long note is written in a completely different handwriting and a different linguistic style compared with the bottom four lines. Without the ‘forged’ sections, the letter doesn’t read like a suicide note at all but a note about leaving Courtney Love and the music industry. It doesn’t at all point to suicide”(Experts and Officials Believe Kurt Cobain was Murdered Afarin Majidi). This quote is evidence that there was indeed others involved with Kurt Cobain’s death. Tom Grant wonders if 1.52 milligrams of heroin would have significantly impacted Cobain’s ability to pick up and fire the shotgun, “However, private investigator Tom Grant - who worked for Courtney Love - has claimed that means Cobain could have been too high to be able to pull the shotgun's trigger” (Was Kurt Cobain Murdered Joanna Crawley). This quote puts questions into speculators head such as, what measures the amount of heroin one takes to users drug tolerance? Either Kurt Cobain’s heroin tolerance was extremely high and it allowed him to put the shot gun to his head and pull the trigger, or the dose of heroin injected into is veins made him unconscious and someone set it up to look like a
