1.) KSAO deficiencies can be avoided by ensuring that every skill and attribute is listed in the job ad.
If unsure, double check it and have somebody else check it to avoid potential deficiencies. A second way is to ensure that everyone is aware of the KSAO’s when posting a job ad and/or searching for candidates.
2.) An organization could find itself in trouble if it doesn’t follow staffing plans. For instance, it could be targeting the wrong people and people with attributes that may not be sought out for the role and its requirements. It could also lose money if staffing plans are not carefully followed.

5.) Reconciliation basically means identifying available work personnel/ resources vs. requirements.
This helps to identify on each level how understaffed or overstaffed a department may be. Due

to this, it can really help with staffing planning to decide how many people should be hired in each department.
Ethical Questions
1 To an extent does an organization have an ethical duty to report HR requirements and availabilities of jobs, etc. On a positive note, it helps those in the organization see where they are at experience wise in case they would like to move up in the company. However, it also opens up to some criticism due to the fact that requirements are always changing. Those who were once qualified at one time could find themselves not qualified anymore. Amount of experience and skill sets are constantly increasing and it could frustrate employees.
2 Dilemmas when concluding what to include in an organization’s AAP are very real. For instance, people have different views when it comes to race, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities, etc.
It is tough to professionally challenge multiple people when it comes to developing an AAP. It could even potentially cause tension in upper management. Many people also have
