Krystle Rakestraw was not present on the day of the event but another part of this investigation is to learn how we can improve our security program. The goal of the interview with Krystal was to get an understand of how Siren receptionist represent BuzzFeed. Krystal has been in the role of receptionist since BuzzFeed moved to Siren Studios, She explained she built the visitor management protocol. It should be noted Krystal gave two weeks notice prior to this event.

Jennifer Gonzalez was working as the receptionist on the date and time of this event. The goal of the interview with Jennifer was twofold. First to learn the process and protocols she is following when visitors come to BuzzFeed and to determine her involvement in this incident.
