“Don’t you want to go where everybody knows your name” (cheers) Is the jingle that was the theme song for an old tv series called Cheers. Cheers were the name of the bar that was a small family and everyone knew each other that came in. The people were so comfortable that they continued to come back because they felt like the people and the owner of this bar valued them not for the income that they help generate or just another customer. This is how my small company will survive and beat Wal-Mart because they do value their customers. I would like to have a customer’s appreciation day and possible award cards similar to Kroger’s where you’re able to receive discounts if you are a registered shopper. This strategy will be considered as my distinctive
