After we spoke at the division managers meeting on the topic of Kroger milk in a covenant store in the hermitage. We found this to be true as you can see in the attached photo’s. We are going to put some undercover equipment on one of our confidential informants in the near future, send them in and try to sell the owner some product that will be portrayed as stolen. If this is successful we will move forward with law enforcement to shut down this location. If the owner does not purchase said product we will turn this location over to the Kroger legal team.
